I cannot believe that anyone is really this dumb. A Pennsylvania congressman (and proud member of the GOP) announced that kids born to wealthy parents can play Grand Theft Auto with no ill effects, but poor inner city kids whose “dad’s in jail or [whose] brother’s already down on the corner dealing drugs” will most certainly be hurt by it.
Jon Stewart nails this one. Congress is full of insane jackasses.
