I’ve been tinkering with a new design for The Quip and finally settled on something. It’s sort of a dramatic departure from the old site, and now I’m not sure that I like it. Land of the Lost meets The Simpson’s? Its certainly a dramatic change. I’d give it a couple weeks and then decide. Need to get over the shock and awe aspect.
This may doom the design but are you moving left? A clinched fist with a red star behind it made me think Eastern Europe before the wall came down for some reason.
Other than that I think it is clean and easier to read than your other design.
The only other comment is that in your tags you’ve got the tag for “porn” following the tag for “Hillary Clinton.” I had never really wanted to put those two ideas together.
It’s random… Though Hillary Clinton porn may be more enticing than John McCain or Rudy Giuliani porn.
