It may not be 11 year-olds, but at 13 or 14, a lot of parents would begin to say, "Oh, they're together. They'll be ok." The next thing you know the news are blathering on about these two missing girls that were selling GS cookies (at least, if they're white and blond the media will care, if they're not, we'll probably never hear a word about it.) It's pathetic and sad, actually, that it will probably take something horrific to convince them to change the policy. And that’s exactly the sort of thing that’s likley to happen.
